About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering electrical engineering solutions from concept through to construction and completion. - Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering
- NSW National Engineering Register (NER) registration
- NSW Fair Trading Design Practitioner (DBP) registration
- Proven experience in an Australian Building Services Consulting environment
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA and NSW regulations
- Experience delivering electrical designs for residential and childcare projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities
- Develop electrical designs and documentation covering:
- Power distribution
- Lighting and emergency lighting
- Communications and security systems
- Renewable energy and sustainability solutions
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, calculations and design documentation
- Coordinate with architects, developers, project managers and other engineering disciplines
- Participate in client meetings, design workshops and site inspections
- Ensure designs comply with NCC, Australian Standards and NSW DBP requirements
- Review designs and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Support project delivery, client relationships and overall technical quality
