CMTP, a leading Australian timber pallets manufacturer, is seeking a Production Manager to lead our Branxholm sawmill and manufacturing site. You will manage a team of approximately 30 employees, setting explicit expectations and supporting your team to improve performance.
You will drive safety, quality and production, coach site leaders, implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
