South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) seeks a Manager Aboriginal Workforce to attract, recruit and retain Aboriginal people across the district and lead Aboriginal workforce initiatives.

You will collaborate with service providers to support SESLHD’s strategic direction, develop and evaluate strategies, programs and projects and drive improvements in Aboriginal workforce outcomes with a focus on cultural capability and safety.
