We are currently seeking aFoundry Labourer to join ourIpswich operations on afull-time, permanent basis , withregular overtime available .

About the Role

Working within ourBeforecast team , you will prepare sand moulds for the casting of molten metal in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role offers:

- 38-hour week (Monday to Friday)

You will report directly to theBeforecast Supervisor and work as part of a skilled, collaborative production team.

Key Responsibilities





- Produce moulds and cores usingboxed and boxless moulding techniques (full training provided)
- Select appropriate moulding boxes and report equipment defects
- Operatesand mixing machinery
- Correct use and maintenance ofPPE and safety equipment
- Maintain clean and organised work areas
- Contribute to continuous improvement and safe work practices

You will demonstrate

- Safe operation of overhead cranes, forklift and lifting equipment (Desirable but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
