Locations We Are Recruiting For

We are currently seeking dedicated Care Service Companions on a Part time & Casual basis across the following locations:

- Georges Hall (near Bankstown)
- Prestons Lodge (near Liverpool)

- Barden Lodge (near Sutherland)
- Bondi Waters (near Bondi Beach)

About the Role

As a Care Service Companion , you will play a key role in enhancing the everyday lives of our residents. You will deliver high-quality personal care, promote independence, and foster a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere.

Shift Availability:



We offer flexible rostering options across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Candidates with broad availability will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide empathetic, high-standard personal care tailored to individual resident care plans.
- Promote independence, dignity, and active engagement among residents.
- Assist with daily living activities while fostering a warm, home-like environment.
- Uphold and apply the Aged Care Quality Standards in all daily interactions and care delivery.

What We Are Looking For

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months of aged care experience is preferred, though passionate entry-level carers are encouraged to apply.
- Work Rights: Must hold full, unrestricted Australian working rights (No student visas or sponsorship available).
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a hard-working ethic, and alignment with our core values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect, and Loyalty.

Compliance & Safeguarding Requirements

- Valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Completion of a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Up-to-date vaccinations (Flu & COVID-19) in accordance with public health guidelines and organizational policy.
