QEC is seeking a Community Connector for a part-time fixed-term role to June 2027. You will work with Restoring Families Practitioners and partners to support families with children aged 0-5 to access social participation and community supports aligned to their goals.
You will build knowledge of local services across catchments, establish referral pathways, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote accessible, culturally protected services for families.
