We are seeking Irrigation Installers. Based in Lara, VIC 3212, this role offers adaptable work opportunities for skilled tradespeople looking to contribute to commercial irrigation projects. As an Irrigation Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

- Install irrigation systems including pipes, sprinklers, controllers, and related equipment according to design specifications and industry standards
- Prepare work sites and carry out site assessments to determine optimal system placement and installation requirements
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in irrigation installation and maintenance
- Ensure all installations comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality following installation
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing irrigation systems
- Work collaboratively with team members and site supervisors to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as an Irrigation Installer or in a similar trades role within the landscaping or horticultural services industry
- Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and installation practices




- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in irrigation installation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Sound understanding of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour, including lifting and working at height where required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to different job sites
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in irrigation installation or plumbing are advantageous
