Apollo Energy Solutions is seeking a receptionist/coordination assistant to support installation scheduling and customer communications. You will be the warm first point of contact for customers and will coordinate solar and battery installation calendars, liaising with installers and internal teams to keep jobs organized and moving forward.
You will work closely with sales, operations, warehouse and installation teams to ensure smooth day-to-day running and timely updates for customers.
