The Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable and creative Visual Marketing Creator to join our supportive team. Working closely with our business owner and office manager, you will capture high quality photography, video, floor plans, drone footage and other visual content for Ballarat’s real estate professionals.

Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, you’ll receive structured on the job training to build confidence and capability. Once established, you’ll work independently, manage your own workflow and enjoy a high degree of flexibility.

- Post‑production and administrative tasks can be completed from your own home

A Typical Day

A typical day might include picking up keys and travelling to a property to capture a mix of visual marketing content including photos, video, drone footage and floor plans. You’ll interact with real estate agents, homeowners and other clients.



You’ll then head home to upload and edit content. You’ll also manage occasional last minute bookings, keeping communication clear and consistent with all stakeholders.

About You

You’re creative, reliable and proactive, with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in visual content creation. You’re comfortable working with a variety of clients and can remain calm and professional when briefs change or expectations shift. You’re organised, adaptable and confident managing your own workload and priorities. You take pride in producing high quality work and delivering a smooth, professional experience for clients. The Essentials

- A genuine passion for photography, videography and content creation.
- Initiative, confidence and the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening shoots (twilight).
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Ability to adapt to fast paced environments and last minute changes.
- The right to live and work in Australia.
- Willing to obtain a police check if required for the role.

Previous photography or videography experience is highly regarded but not essential - training is provided.
