Hours: Part time, approx. 20-25 hours per week across 5 days

About the role

We are looking for a strong Accounts / Admin All-Rounder to join our finance team in a varied part-time role, with the potential for growth within the Group. The primary focus of the role is finance and accounting, including Accounts Payable, reconciliations, month-end support, project costing and general accounting administration. We are looking for someone who wants to develop their accounting skills, take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career within the business.

Key responsibilities

Process supplier invoices and purchase orders.

Reconcile supplier statements and credit cards.

Assist with month-end reconciliations, reporting and project costing.

Provide backup support across the Accounts & Administration team.

Assist with ERP implementation and process improvements.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.

Other duties as required.

About you





Technically strong in accounting, with Accounts Payable or Accounts / Finance All-Rounder experience.

Highly organised, accurate and detail-oriented.

Proactive, energetic and willing to take initiative.

A good communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.

Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Competent in Excel; Greentree / MYOB experience preferred.

Keen to learn, develop and take on greater responsibility.

Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or privately owned Australian business is desirable.

Interested in developing your career and exploring opportunities to grow into other roles within the business or Group.

Part-time role of approx. 20-25 hours per week across 5 days.
