Key Responsibilities

n

About the role

n

n
- Community-based personal care in clients' homes
n
- Casual hours across a rotating roster
n

nn
- Paid travel between client homes during your shift
n

n

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
n
- Medication prompting
n
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeing
n
- Accurate documentation of care provided
n
- Adhering to infection control and safety procedures
n
- Maintaining mandatory competencies is a condition of the role
n

n

Skill & Experience

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling, Medication Assistance (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Experience in aged care, disability, or community care
n
- A caring, respectful, and reliable approach
n
- Strong communication and time management skills
n
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
