About the role

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Glass House Mountains, you'll provide flexible support across the centre, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early learning.

n

You'll play an important role in creating protected, engaging, and inclusive environments where children feel secure, supported, and excited to learn.

In this role, you'll:

- Contribute to educational programs across the centre

- Engage, supervise, and support children throughout the day

- Create secure and nurturing learning environments

- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families
n
- Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
n
- Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

What you'll bring

- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
n
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
n
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform

- Willingness to travel between local Goodstart services where required
n
- Flexible availability Monday to Friday

- Passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
