About the Role

n

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for the delivery, installation and collection of our premium restroom units across a variety of events.

n

You'll operate a crane truck (with truck-mounted crane) as well as a RAM and trailer setup to safely transport and position equipment, while also acting as a key point of contact for clients on-site, ensuring a smooth, professional and high-quality experience.

n

While the role has a strong focus on our premium Black Tie events, you will also support the broader Benkel Hire operations, delivering and servicing equipment across a range of locations.

n

This role suits someone who takes pride in their presentation, communicates well with clients, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

There is also a clear opportunity for the right person to grow into a leadership role within Black Tie operations as the division expands.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Operate crane truck and RAM + trailer to deliver,



position and collect restroom units across both Black Tie events and Benkel Hire sites
n
- Safely load, unload and secure equipment for transport
n
- Coordinate delivery, installation and pack-down requirements
n
- Provide a professional, customer-focused experience on-site
n
- Communicate clearly with clients, event staff and internal teams
n
- Ensure equipment is presented to a high standard
n
- Complete required documentation and delivery records
n
- Support yard duties including cleaning, basic maintenance and minor repairs
n
- Assist the wider operations team as required
n
- Adhere to all safety and compliance requirements
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Valid HR licence (essential)
n
- Experience driving trucks and towing trailers (RAM + trailer experience highly regarded)
n
- Experience operating a truck-mounted crane or similar equipment (preferred)
n
- Strong focus on customer service and communication
n
- Professional presentation and attitude
n
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
n
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
- Willingness to assist with yard duties when required
n
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
n
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment medical assessment
n
- Full work rights to work in Australia
