Canva is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for the Create, Grow team in Sydney. You will shape the technical foundations behind AI-powered marketing experiences, building scalable backend systems powering conversational AI, content generation, and shared platform capabilities.

You will work across Grow, CORE, Canva AI, and related teams, mentoring engineers, and driving reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence in a hybrid Sydney-based role.
