About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both staff and clients. You will work closely with veterinarians and nurses to maintain a high standard of patient care while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow

- Lead, support, and develop a team of veterinary professionals
n
- Manage rostering, HR duties, and staff performance
n
- Oversee budgeting,



financial reporting, and inventory control
n
- Ensure excellent customer service and client communication
n
- Maintain compliance with veterinary regulations and workplace standards

- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to improve efficiency and patient care outcomes

About You

- Previous experience in practice management (veterinary or healthcare preferred)

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
