Are you a compassionate and collaborative recruitment expert who loves to nurture organisational growth? A progressive local government agency is seeking an insightful Talent Acquisition Specialist Consultant to join their dedicated team for a 3-month contract.

This inviting role offers a rewarding hourly rate between $59 and $68 per hour plus superannuation, with supportive hybrid working options happily considered for the right candidate.

In this meaningful role, you will partner closely with our internal recruitment team to review our current processes, systems, and practices from advertisement through to onboarding. Your expertise will help us build a more modern, productive, and encouraging candidate journey that strengthens our connections with future talent.

About You

n

We are looking for someone who brings a warm, collaborative approach alongside the following experience:

n

- Demonstrated success in leading recruitment transformations or talent acquisition reviews.
n
- A background working within local government or broader public sector environments.
n
- A thoughtful understanding of recruitment governance and compliance.
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a natural ability to guide people gently through change.
n
- Knowledge of Recent South Wales local government legislation and applicant tracking systems is highly regarded.

Deliverables and Support

You will be well supported by our leadership team throughout this journey. Key outcomes of this partnership will include a collaborative review report, a thoughtful gap analysis, and a prioritised roadmap for future improvements.
