Vet required from September for at least 3-4 months for the 2026 stud season.

Join a high-quality, privately owned equine practice in country Queensland.

You will be joining five other vets in a 100% equine role.

The practice prides itself on having a supportive, friendly work workplace, where there is also a great emphasis on work-life balance.

The practice caseload is mostly thoroughbred racing and breeding industry, with some performance and pleasure horses. Racetrack, lameness work and equine reproduction are the practice's speciality.

The practice is very well-equipped with four ultrasound machines, tendon-specific scanners, endoscope, power floats, dental and digital x-rays, an in-house laboratory and well-equipped work vehicles.

The practice is located in a dynamic and rapidly expanding modern regional centre close to Brisbane. The large town offers a very enjoyable lifestyle with an affordable cost of living, including excellent sporting, cultural and educational opportunities.
