Job Description
Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the restaurant and events operations on a full time basis. The role focuses on dining service, conferences, weddings, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will train and mentor staff, manage rostering and inventory, and ensure RSA, food safety and WHS standards are upheld, with shifts including evenings and weekends.
