We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager – Rooms Division to join our leadership team on a full-time basis.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and uphold the highest service standards
n
- Lead, support and develop the Guest Services and Concierge teams
n
- Handle guest enquiries and challenges with professionalism and care
n
- Drive revenue through upselling, auditing and optimising operational performance
n
- Contribute to forecasting, financial analysis and cost management
n
- Lead workforce planning activities, including rostering, resource allocation and labour optimisation to meet operational requirements.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in hotel operations management, with responsibility for Rooms Division, Front Office or accommodation services within a quality hotel or hospitality environment.
n
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
n
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, accommodation services and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
n
- Experience in workforce planning, staff rostering,



labour cost management and resource allocation.
n
- Demonstrated ability to monitor operational performance, analyse guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to departmental budgets, operational performance and business objectives.
n
