About the Role

n

n
- Manage and grow a Queensland territory with a focus on new business development
n
- Identify opportunities across construction, rental, industrial, and related sectors
n
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors,



and key stakeholders
n
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
n
- Drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets
n

n

About You

n

n
- Proven B2B sales, business development, or territory management experience
n
- Experience in machinery, equipment, capital goods, or technical sales preferred
n
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
n
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
n
- Willingness to travel across Queensland and Northern Territory as required
n
