Homes and Granny Flats is opening a recent factory in Wetherill Park, NSW to support its growing modular granny flats operation. We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager who can lead steel framing production, build robust systems and drive on-time delivery.
You'll own production planning, labour allocation and quality control, mentor the factory team and establish the processes and culture to scale the business from the ground up.
