Thisisanopportunitytopartnercloselywithseniorstakeholdersinafast-paced,engineering-ledenvironment,supportingthehiringoftoptechnicaltalentacrossthebusiness.Theorganisationoperatesinahighlycollaborativeanddata-drivensetting,wherequality,innovation,andperformanceareatthecoreofeverythingtheydo.
Therolewillseeyoutakeownershipofthefullrecruitmentlifecycle,includingsourcingstrategy,marketmapping,headhuntingpassivetalent,stakeholdermanagement,interviewing,offermanagement,anddeliveringanexceptionalcandidateexperience.

- End-to-endrecruitmentacrosstechnicalroles
- Buildingandexecutingsourcingstrategiesfornichetalentmarkets
- Partneringwithseniorstakeholdersandhiringleaders
- Marketmappingandproactivetalentpipelining
- Providinginsightsandrecommendationsusingrecruitmentdata




- Coachingstakeholdersonhiringbestpracticeandprocessimprovement
- Deliveringahigh-touchcandidateexperiencefrominitialengagementthroughtoofferstage

About you:

- Provenexperienceinend-to-endrecruitmentwithintechnology,financialservices,orprofessionalservicesenvironments
- Strongsourcingandheadhuntingcapability
- Comfortableoperatinginahigh-performance,quick-pacedenvironment
- Excellentstakeholdermanagementandinfluencingskills
- ExperienceusingLinkedInRecruiterandATSplatformssuchasGreenhousehighlyregarded
- Organised,proactive,anddetail-orientedapproach
