BlueCare is seeking a passionate HELF Lead to design, govern and enable HELF services across our residential aged care homes in Brisbane. You will partner with Resident Experience Managers, operational leaders and corporate functions to ensure services are resident-centred, compliant and commercially sustainable.
The role requires a tertiary qualification in health or business, robust knowledge of aged care standards, pricing, governance and a track record in service design and improvement.
