WesTrac is seeking a People Systems Lead to drive the HRIS function, including SuccessFactors, governance, data integrity and improvements. You will lead a small team responsible for delivering systems projects and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions across the organisation.

The role reports to the Reward and People Operations Manager and collaborates with People & Culture, IT and business stakeholders to optimise processes and deliver enhancements.
