$120,000 – $160,000 + bonus + additional leave
IntelligenceBank is the leading digital asset management and marketing operations platform for brands in regulated industries. Over 1 million users across 55 countries rely on our AI-powered platform to get to market faster, stay on brand and stay compliant. We're headquartered in Melbourne, with offices across the US, Canada and the UK.
We're growing, and we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help us tell that story to the world.
This isn't a "write some collateral and hope for the best" product marketing role. You'll sit at the centre of how IntelligenceBank goes to market, working closely with our VP, Marketing to shape strategy and drive execution. Your work will directly influence new customer pipeline, cross-sell and upsell, and how our sales team shows up in every conversation.
You’ll be the person in the room who knows our buyers better than they know themselves. What keeps them up at night. How they evaluate vendors. Why IntelligenceBank isn't a nice-to-have, it's mission-critical.
What you’ll be doing
Go-to-market execution: Own product go-to-market coordination and translate every release into revenue and retention outcomes.
Customer communications: Run the customer communications program, from monthly nurture campaigns to expansion plays that drive cross-sell and upsell pipeline.
Content that converts: Create content that builds awareness and generates pipeline at target and existing accounts.
Sales enablement: Build and own the enablement program that gives our sales and customer-facing teams the confidence to position, demo and sell the platform.
Messaging that sticks: Own the product messaging framework, including value propositions, talk tracks and proof points for our DAM and marketing operations buyers, so every seller tells the same sharp story.
Training and onboarding: Design and deliver sales training,
from new-hire product onboarding through to release readiness sessions ahead of every launch.
Product demos: Build and maintain interactive product tours and guided demo journeys that stay current with every release.
AI-enabled marketing: Keep the product knowledge behind our AI marketing systems accurate and current.
What you’ll bring

A track record of executing product-led go-to-market strategies
Comfort working across CRMs, project management tools, marketing automation and in-app messaging platforms
A customer-first mindset and sharp attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in marketing operations, advertising or media is a plus
The ability to create compelling product images and videos
A knack for proving ROI, and being honest about what isn't working
A collaborative style that works well across cross-functional teams
What's in it for you
Genuine career development. Over 40% of our staff are in a different role today than the one they started in
Annual and quarterly bonuses based on performance
Extra leave that actually gets used: birthday leave, December 24th off and half day summer Fridays
How we'll measure success
Successful product and feature launches, internally and externally
High-quality product messaging and communications, delivered on time
Robust response rates and adoption following product communications
Your ability to drive new processes independently, without needing to be chased
