You will partner with Resident Experience Managers, operational leaders and corporate functions to ensure services are resident-centred, compliant and commercially sustainable.
The role requires a tertiary qualification in health or business, solid knowledge of aged care standards, pricing, governance and a track record in service design and improvement.
