About the Role
n
We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Events Coordinator to help deliver an integrated national Learning & Development program. Working closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager, Event Manager, Events Specialists and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in planning, marketing and executing events that support our members and partners.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to an energetic events professional who thrives on collaboration, creativity and delivering exceptional experiences.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver digital and in-person L&D; programs, including planning, promotion and on-the-day execution.
n
- Manage event logistics, budgets, invoicing, registrations and attendance reporting.
n
- Produce event materials such as EDMs, webpages, registration portals and presentation decks.
n
- Provide high-level administrative and customer service support, including handling event enquiries.
n
- Support sponsorship fulfilment by coordinating entitlements, maintaining partner relationships and reporting on sponsored events.
n
- Maintain accurate partner and lender contact data within Dynamics.
n
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure high-quality program delivery.
n

About You
n
n
- Degree or Certificate in Events or a related discipline.
n
- 1–2 years' relevant experience.
n
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Dynamics) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Active Campaign).
n
- Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail.
n
- Customer-focused and committed to excellence.
n
- Willingness to travel interstate and work additional hours during peak event periods.
n
- Current Australian driver's licence is desirable but not required.
n
