An opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a well‐known retail organisation on an initial 6-week contract.

n

Supporting a busy Talent Acquisition team, you will provide end‐to‐end recruitment support across a portfolio of frontline retail positions. Working at pace, you'll manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and recruitment administration while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

This role will suit an organised and proactive recruitment skilled who enjoys volume recruitment, is comfortable spending significant time on the phone and can effectively manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

- Manage recruitment activity across a portfolio of frontline retail vacancies
n
- Conduct candidate screening and phone interviews
n
- Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and hiring activities
n
- Manage offer calls and support the onboarding process
n
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
n




- Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
n
- Partner with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to support hiring requirements
n
- Assist with recruitment administration and reporting as required
n
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
n

About you

n
- Immediately available
n
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination or Recruitment Consulting
n
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume recruitment environment
n
- Confident conducting candidate screening calls and managing multiple vacancies
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
n
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
n
- PageUp experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
n
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking initiative
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
