At Ecolab, we create solutions that help businesses operate more safely, sustainably and efficiently. We're looking for a Plant Engineer to join our Darra manufacturing facility and play a key role in improving plant performance, reliability and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams and delivering improvements that make a real difference.

What you'll do

n

Lead initiatives that improve equipment reliability, safety and productivity.

n

Deliver engineering and capital projects from concept through to implementation.

n

Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to identify opportunities and solve challenges.

n

Drive continuous improvement across plant performance, asset management and production processes.

n

Support a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

n

What we're looking for

n

We're seeking a curious, practical and collaborative engineer who can influence outcomes and build strong relationships across the site.

n

You may come from manufacturing, FMCG, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing,



water treatment or another industrial environment. What's most important is your ability to improve processes, solve problems and deliver results.
