Physiotherapist - Full-Time

We're excited to be moving into a brand-new multidisciplinary clinic and gymnasium in Hervey Bay, where physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists, and other allied health professionals will work together under one roof. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative team environment that delivers whole-person care to our community.

About the Role

n

This is an exciting chance to join a well-established and highly respected physiotherapy team with a diverse and rewarding caseload. You will work across musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sporting, and chronic condition management, with the flexibility to further develop in areas that interest you most.

n

Your role will include:

n

n
- Delivering high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatment for a broad range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
n
- Managing sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain presentations.
n
- Working with NDIS and aged-care clients across both clinic and community settings.
n
- Opportunities to develop skills in women's and men's health physiotherapy.
n
- Participating in occupational health services, including pre-employment assessments and workplace rehabilitation (full training provided).

- Designing and supervising gym-based rehabilitation and hydrotherapy programs.
n
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary allied health team including podiatrists, exercise physiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
n
- Contributing to a supportive and positive clinic culture focused on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with full AHPRA registration
n
- Passion for working in a team-based, multidisciplinary environment.
n
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
n
- New graduates are encouraged to apply – structured mentorship and training will be provided.
n
- Experienced physiotherapists are welcome – opportunities to take on leadership, mentoring, and service development.
n
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
