We are now looking to expand our bench with a front-end construction lawyer to support a leading international property and construction group with a strong track record delivering complex urban regeneration, infrastructure, commercial, residential, and social infrastructure projects.

As a front-end construction lawyer, you will need to:

n

n
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a range of construction contracts (including D&Cs;, contractor agreements, subcontracts and supply agreements, JV agreements and project delivery agreements)
n




- Provide legal advice on construction and infrastructure law, including procurement strategy and tender processes
n
- Support project teams during bid and tender phases
n
- Advise senior stakeholders on commercial and legal risks associated with major projects
n
- Collaborate with external counsel where specialist advice is required
n
