About the Position

A new prospect exists for a Brisbane based Supervisor to manage investment builds on the Southside of Brisbane. Responsibilities will include:
n
Managing multiple investment homes in your area
n
Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects
n
Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover
n
Skills and Experience
n
Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:
n
Ideally 2 yearsexperience as a Supervisor in volume housing
n
Onsite Companion experience advantageous however not essential
n
Strong trade management and time management skills
n
Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
Able to manage multiple projects
n
