Azure Specialists Home Care Services is a geriatrician-led provider growing our allied health team. We're looking for Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who want to do real, hands-on work in participants' homes — without the caseload chaos or solo grind that comes with most community roles.

What you'll do
n Home visits across the Eastern, South-Eastern and Mornington Peninsula regions — functional and home-safety assessments, falls prevention, reablement programs, equipment prescription and home modifications for our Support at Home and restorative care participants.

What you'll need

AHPRA registration (Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy) and relevant tertiary qualification

n

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

n

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
