This hands‐on role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting staff, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth day‐to‐day bar operations.

About the Role

n

As our Casual Bar Manager, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading and motivating bar and floor staff during service
n
- Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
n
- Managing opening and closing procedures
n
- Supervising beverage service and maintaining quality standards
n
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
n
- Ensuring compliance with RSA and venue policies
n




- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
n
- Assisting with staff training and development
n
- Maintaining a clean, secure, and well‐presented venue
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in a Bar Manager, Duty Manager, or Senior Supervisor role
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Experience working in high‐volume hospitality venues
n
- Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
n
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example
n
- Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
n
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Current RSA Certificate (essential)
n
- Approved Manager Licence (preferred but not essential)
n
