SeaLink North Queensland is seeking a Marine Training Manager to join our leadership team in Townsville. This role leads crew training, competency management, safety compliance and workforce development across our marine operations.

You will hold a Master <35m CoC with MED1/2, a Marine Radio Operator Certificate of Proficiency and First Aid with Advanced Resuscitation, plus extensive vessel operations and proven leadership.
