In this role, you will lead the charge in designing, developing, and perfecting complex electrical systems that power this green transportation revolution.
You will work across the entire lifecycle, from drafting low-voltage harnesses and high-voltage shielded cabling up to 1000 VDC to designing industrial charging station cabinets operating at 415 VAC.
You'll contribute to battery system development, testing and validation against Australian and international standards, collaborate with suppliers, and solve real-world engineering challenges to deliver safe, reliable, and high-performing EV solutions.

What You Bring
You are a degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in EVs and a passion for modern automotive, solar, or battery storage technology.
You bring a strong analytical mind, deep attention to detail, and practical expertise in designing, troubleshooting, and testing complex electronic systems.
You navigate standards such as AS3000, AS3008, and UN38 with confidence and are comfortable using design and calculation software such as Caresoft Arcadia.
Above all, you are a clear communicator and a collaborative team player who thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and loves seeing big ideas turn into working technology.
