Family Spirit in Recent South Wales is seeking a Therapeutic Case Manager to provide general case work and therapeutic intervention for children and young people in the permanency support program using contemporary practices.
You will work with children, families and carers, develop and review case plans, undertake assessments, and ensure documentation meets practice standards and reporting requirements.
