The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional ready to step into a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant role where you will take ownership, build solid client relationships and be accountable for delivering successful outcomes.

This is a role for someone who likes to get things done. You will manage recruitment projects end-to-end, work directly with decision-makers, influence hiring outcomes and be accountable for agreed timelines, activity and performance targets.

The Role

You will lead recruitment delivery across a portfolio of clients, managing projects from initial briefing through to successful placement.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading client briefings and developing recruitment strategies
- Managing active roles, candidate pipelines and delivery timelines
- Proactively sourcing, engaging and assessing candidates
- Providing clients with market insights and practical hiring advice
- Managing the candidate experience from initial contact through to placement
- Building long-term client and candidate relationships
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver successful outcomes
- Maintaining accurate systems, activity and reporting
- Working towards agreed KPIs, targets and delivery expectations
- Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to the broader business

About You

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive and accountable. You will have drive, initiative and a strong sense of urgency, but you will also understand that success at ROUSSOS is about how we achieve results,

You will ideally:

- Have proven experience in agency recruitment and/or talent acquisition
- Be commercially minded and motivated by achieving results
- Be proactive, organised and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Be driven by KPIs, targets and successful placements
- Take ownership of your workload, clients and outcomes
- Be confident picking up the phone, having difficult conversations and influencing stakeholders
- Take pride in delivering a high-quality candidate and client experience
- Enjoy building genuine, long-term relationships rather than chasing short‑term wins
- Contribute positively to the team and be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
