Our Mosman operation comprises our main practice at The Mosman Practice medical centre and we also have a treatment room in the Fitness First at Mosman. Each of our treatment rooms is completely private and we have access to a fully equipped gym for only the best exercise rehabilitation. With such a variety of excellent facilities all of our practitioners are able to provide the best evidence-based treatment and 100% of our attention during each consult, ensuring our clients have an amazing experience every time they come in for treatment.

The role on offer would see you work along side 3 other Physios, all 3 of whom are well experienced Seniors. You would also be working closely with our extended network of onsite GP's, Specialists, Radiologists, Remedial Massage Therapists, Psychologists and Sports Doctors.



Our existing relationships with medical referrers and other local heath professionals mean that you would be hitting the ground running and be fast tracked to a full list.

Role specifics:

- Part time position with a view to increase to full time. We believe that the full time load should be achieved within 3 months.
- Start date: September 2026
- Renumeration: Excellent renumeration based upon experience.
- Comprehensive educational pathways which includes: weekly one on one up skilling, weekly group workshops, weekly team meetings, monthly presentations which we open to our large base of external referrers. The monthly presentations also include presentations from Specialists and other Allied Health professionals.
- Senior Physiotherapist always onsite and available for clinical input within treatment sessions if needed.
- Clear career pathway with the chance to take on Senior Management roles if desired.

Role requirements:

- Relevant Physiotherapy qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- Passion for being a Physiotherapist with a focus on hands on manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
- Exercise rehabilitation experience is preferred – if no actual experience, a keen interest in these areas is also a good starting point.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team.
- A great communicator and team player.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy.
- Keen to always be learning and contributing to the team.
- Have a desire to progress your career and take on more responsibility.
- Must have a deep desire to provide the best care to clients and develop themselves as one of the ‘go to’ practitioners at the practice.
- Ability to develop rapport with clients and referrers is a must!
