About the role

This Senior Financial Insights Analyst position is a backfill opportunity within the Financial Sustainability team, reporting to the Director of Planning & Performance. The role requires a smooth transition with a one-week handover to ensure continuity in reporting, dashboard management, and workforce analytics.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards
- Support the rollout of dashboards across the organisation
- Analyse workforce and payroll-related data
- Identify trends in labour spend and overtime
- Deliver recurring reporting packs and trend analysis
- Investigate data quality issues and inconsistencies
- Present findings to senior leadership and translate technical outputs into business recommendations.

Skills & experience

- Proven experience in financial analysis,



particularly in payroll reporting and workforce analytics
- Robust capability in maintaining Power BI dashboards and delivering actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to work with messy and incomplete datasets, providing meaningful outputs.
