Role Overview

- Full-time, permanent role based in Sydney supporting practitioners across NSW, with a focus on the Sydney area.
- Deliver hands‑on clinical training and education to aesthetic practitioners, dermal clinicians, nurses and medical professionals
- Support clinics to implement safe, effective, evidence‑based treatment protocols across laser and energy‑based technologies
- Educate on treatment protocols, patient assessment, contraindications and best‑practice approaches
- Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted clinical resource
- Regular travel to clinics, training events and customer sites

Skills Required

- Bachelor of Dermal Science preferred, or Nursing qualification with relevant aesthetic experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in aesthetic, dermal treatments, including laser and energy‑based procedures
- Previous experience in clinical training, education or mentoring within aesthetics - highly desirable
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
