What You'll Do:

n

n
- Implement Fertiliser strategy within the branch and effectively manage Fertiliser support functions
n
- Actively manage systems to ensure budgeted inventory levels, stockturn & margins are achieved without inhibiting sales
n
- Ensure effective stock control and management practices are always in place
n
- Deliver standout customer service and specialist fertiliser advice to current and new clients
n
- Drive campaigns and prospecting to build pipeline and win new business
n
- Partner, coach and develop the branch team while championing safety and compliance
n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- 3–5 years' experience in sales leadership position, with a strong background managing a fertiliser portfolio highly regarded
n
- Strong commercial acumen (inventory, stock management and margin focus)
n
- Confident customer focus with the ability to influence and coach others
n
- Experience using SAP and Fiori (or similar systems) to manage pricing, stock and transactions
n
- Agsafe Accreditation and forklift licences are all highly regarded but not mandatory for this role
n
