What You Can Earn

- $70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

- Most reps earn $100k–$150k in their first year

About the Role

This is an outdoor, active role.

n





You'll be walking neighbourhoods, talking to homeowners, and climbing onto roofs to check for hail damage.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

Your job is straightforward:

- Inspect properties we send you to (company leads provided)
n
- Check roofs for hail or storm damage
n
- Explain our service and help homeowners start the process
n
- Speak with neighbours in the area about potential storm damage
n

Generate additional leads using methods we train you on

n

What You Won't Be Doing

- Cold selling expensive products or charity

- Asking homeowners for credit cards or money

- Sitting behind a desk all day
