THE COMPANY:

Has been established in Australia for over 40 years. It is a subsidiary of a successful European company specialising in processing and sales of high-performance special alloy metal products.

THE ROLE:

n

n
- As the Warehouse Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for allservicecalls and enquiries plus total responsibility for the scheduling, planning and performance of the operation.
n
- You will manage all service calls which are related to Access Solutions of the business.
n
- Carry out goods inwards and inventory management.
n
- Ensure the customer's shipments, assemblies, and goods received vouchers are in the ERP for accurate reporting.
n
- Process all quotes and ensure booking freight jobs are correct.
n
- Use of computers as required.
n
- Dispatch of goods.
n
- Liaise with transport companies.
n




- Check monthly Operations Manager reports are correct.
n
- Manage the stocktake process
n
- At times you maybe required to lift heavy items!
n
- You need to hold a current, valid forklift licence LF (Forklift Truck)
n
- Induction and training will be given and a uniform/safety clothing provided.
n

YOU:

n

n
- Must have service call management experience
n
- Have warehouse administration/service experience.
n
- Have excellent systems and process background.
n
- Enjoy doing Service activities.
n
- Understand and use ofPriorityERPwould be good.
n
- Have positive working knowledge ofExcel
n
- Must be able to problem solve quickly
n
- Are able to problem solve and make decisions quickly and correctly
