As Deputy Principal – Wellbeing & Community, you'll join our Senior Leadership Team to lead student wellbeing, behaviour, pastoral care and community engagement across Years 7–12. You'll work alongside staff, students and families to foster a culture where high expectations are matched by genuine care, and where every young person is supported to flourish.

Duties
n
Lead student wellbeing, pastoral care and behaviour across Years 7–12.
n
Develop a culture of belonging, inclusion and high expectations.
n
Build the capability of Year Coordinators and pastoral leaders.
n
Strengthen partnerships with families to support student success.
n
Lead student leadership, attendance and wellbeing initiatives.
n
Use evidence and data to continually improve student engagement and wellbeing.
n
Skills & Experience
n You will bring:
n
Significant leadership experience in secondary education.
n
Demonstrated success leading student wellbeing and pastoral care.
n
Expertise in behaviour support and restorative practices.
n
Outstanding leadership and relationship-building skills.
n
Ability to build trust with students, families and staff.
n
Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
