Flow Autobody is a privately owned smash repair shop in Enoggera — small team, an owner you actually talk to, and steady insurer and fleet work. We've built our own systems and IP to make the workshop run smoother — not harder. Big-shop organisation, without the corporate grind. We're after a qualified panel beater who takes pride in the finished job and wants to be part of building something — not a cog in someone else's machine.

The role

- Small-to-medium repairs on late-model vehicles — fast-moving jobs, real variety

- Repair-first work — we fix panels, not just replace them, so your metal skills actually get used

- Our own systems for job tracking — clear priorities, less paperwork, no guessing what's next

What we need from you

n
- Qualified panel beater (Cert III/IV or equivalent)
n
- Genuine repair skills — confident with metal work and glue-pull (KECO or similar)
n
- Pride in the finished job, not just getting it out the door
n
- Reliable — shows up, gets on with the team
n
- Own tools (tool allowance provided)
