Position Overview: As a Sales representative you will be responsible for managing sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of our maintenance program. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships, negotiating agreements, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Incentive/Bonus prospect available, along with company vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Seek Business Development opportunities and maintain current customer relationships.
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
n
Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring terms are favorable while meeting company goals and objectives.
n
Collaborate with internal teams to customize crane and lifting equipment solutions according to client requirements.
n
Meet Monthly KPI Requirements
n
Oversee the entire lifecycle of sales agreements, from initial negotiation to renewal or termination, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
n
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication
n
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry.
n
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
n
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.
