Administrator / Resource / Recruitment coordinator / Customer Service

NX Blue is an agile and unique Australian owned recruitment firm providing recruitment and contingent workforce management across a range of industry sectors. Australian's fastest growing recruitment firm, we are expanding our team and are now seeking an experienced team member to assist our recruitment team in Bella Vista.

The Role:

- Candidate screening, skills assessment and application process
- Intake of incoming calls
- Ongoing candidate and employee communication
- Data entry and maintenance
- Administration activities
- 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

About you:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work to deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team or autonomously
- A positive, easy going attitude,



with excellent people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of attention to detail
- Recruitment / Administration support experience - advantageous
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including excel, power point and word
