We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Warehouse Team Leaders to join our teams in Truganina and Derrimut. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, improving processes, and driving warehouse performance.

About the Role

n

We have various Warehouse Team Leader positions available across multiple areas, including Inbound, Processing, Reach, and Despatch.

n

You will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, leading teams, achieving productivity targets, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive workplace. We are looking for hands‐on leaders who can motivate teams, solve problems, and drive operational success.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and support warehouse team members to achieve daily targets.
n
- Allocate workloads and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
n
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
n
- Promote a strong safety culture and follow OH&S; procedures.
n




- Assist with problem‐solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Support inbound, processing, inventory, and dispatch operations.
n
- Track and achieve warehouse KPIs.
n
- Assist with team training and onboarding.
n
- Complete rostering and workforce planning as required.
n
- Use warehouse systems including WMS, SAP, C3, and customer portals.
n
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and transport providers.
n
- Follow escalation processes when required.
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Senior Warehouse Operator.
n
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
n
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
n
- Ability to motivate and support a team.
n
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and KPIs.
n
- Experience using WMS, SAP, or similar systems.
n
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
n
- Current forklift licence (LF) highly regarded.
n
