Job Title: Casual Gaming Attendant | Richmond Republic

Job Description: Richmond Republic is seeking an experienced and reliable Gaming Attendant to join our casual team.

n

Located in Melbourne's sporting precinct, Richmond Republic is an independently owned pub known for live sport, quality pub food, gaming and a welcoming atmosphere.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide friendly and qualified service across gaming, TAB, Keno and the wider venue
n
- Maintain a visible and attentive presence on the gaming floor
n
- Promote Responsible Gambling and comply with all VGCCC requirements
n
- Follow RSA, RSG, AML/CTF, OH&S; and venue procedures
n
- Process cash transactions and assist with gaming reconciliations
n




- Monitor customer behaviour and respond appropriately to incidents or concerns
n
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation across gaming areas
n
- Support the broader venue team during busy trading periods
n
- Report equipment faults, incidents and irregularities to management
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous gaming or hospitality experience
n
- Current Victorian RSA and RSG certificates
n
- TAB accreditation is preferred
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Confidence handling cash and resolving customer issues
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
n
- Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- Full Australian working rights (Sponsorship not available)
